You can now add additional requests to an existing job request or create a completely new request.
Additional requests might have been ordered by your clients via email, phone or text or through social media .
Additionally you might want to add further services to an existing request that the client does not need to know about but that form part of the service they have ordered.
Such additional requests can now be added manually by the administrator and processed using the same workflow as job requests made by the client online through the portal.
Additional requests that are added manually can now be emailed to the client or to the sitters involved in the request (or to both) using a variety of pre-defined email templates that you can tailor to fit your ordering process.
