The option to "schedule" a job request will move the selected jobs onto a service order, which means that the services will now appear on your live schedule and will be invoiced at the time you normally raise your invoices. 


Jobs on a job request are not usually scheduled until after you have completed your approval process to ensure that you can provide the services your clients have requested.


After a job is scheduled, a Job Scheduled Email Notification is sent to your client. 



  • To access the job request processing queue click DIARY & SCHEDULING > JOB REQUESTS from the main menu. 

  • Alternatively click "X clients with outstanding job requests" from the HOME screen.

  • Or click on the red Job Requests box to access the list of job requests that are awaiting processing.


How do I Schedule a Job Request?


  • Click on the Job Request that you wish to schedule.

  • Check the box in the column heading to “select all” or check items individually.

  • Click “Schedule Jobs”.

  • Either choose an existing service order, and the requested jobs will be added to that service order and be added to the schedule, or

  • Choose “new order” if you want to create a new service order.

  • Type in the name for your “new order”.

  • Click "Schedule Jobs".
