Pet Sitter Plus has at its core a central admin diary that enables pet sitters and administrators to manage all their work in one central place and schedule work efficiently.
It is possible to view and sort the information in the Admin Diary in a number of different ways.
To access the admin diary click DIARY & SCHEDULING from the main menu

Option to view the diary for one staff member only.
Each staff member can belong to an Area (thought of as a staff area) so that the Diary can be viewed by "Staff Area" revealing only "staff who operate in the same area".
Each client can belong to an Area (thought of as a client area) so that the Dairy can be viewed by "Client Area" revealing only clients who are associated with that Area.
This enables you to view your Diary by "neighbourhood".
Services can be grouped together in Pet Sitter Plus for example, if you offer a 30, 45 and 60 minute walking service then they can all be grouped under the general category of "Walking". This feature enables you to look at just one group of services in you Dairy.
Services in Pet Sitter Plus have a "Status" for example they can be either
You can view services in your diary by service status.
View Diary by pre-set options such as "Today", "This Week", "This Month" or any date range you specify.
The “Download PDF” function is designed for anyone who wants a simple list of walks or visits for the day or week ahead that they can print and take with them on pet sitting assignments.
