< Emailing from the Schedule < Emailing Clients from Schedule View on Storm Days
Pet Sitter Plus provides the option to send emails to clients from the schedule. This allows you to notify only those clients who are scheduled on a specific day. For example, you can bulk email your clients when their service is cancelled on a snow day or a holiday.
NOTE: If there is not an email template for Storm Days provided for you in your system, you will need to create a new email template. To learn how to create new email template for Storm Days, please see Email Template: Storm Days to learn more about this feature.
How do I email clients from the Schedule on Storm Days?

Go to DIARY & SCHEDULING and select the date on which you will notify clients of a change in service. Then click "Show Report".

With your Diary & Schedule in Schedule View, you have the ability to email your clients. If you are in Dairy View, be sure to click "switch to schedule view".

Select all or a portion of your clients to whom you would like to send an email.

Click "Email Jobs..."

Uncheck "Sent to Sitter(s) to ensure only clients are receiving this email.

Select the appropriate email from the email template drop-down menu.

Write an appropriate Email Subject for your email.

Click "Send".

Your clients will then recieve the email, which has been customized because of the merge codes within your email template.
