< Job Requests < How Do I Know if a Sitter is On Vacation?


When staff members take time off, you are able to view their upcoming holiday schedule under DIARY & SCHEDULING > HOLIDAYS. 


As job requests come in, it is important to remember who is available when. So you do not have to continually check the staff holiday page, the job request will also give you an indication if someone on your team is not available. 



  • To access the job request processing queue click DIARY & SCHEDULING > JOB REQUESTS from the main menu. 

  • Alternatively click "X clients with outstanding job requests" from the HOME screen.

  • Or click on the red Job Requests box to access the list of job requests that are awaiting processing.


How do I know if a Sitter is on Vacation? 

  • When the jobs appear in red, this indicates that the staff member is not available for these jobs. 


  • Select those specific jobs to edit and change the job to an available staff member. 

  • After selecting the jobs with the unavailable staff member, click "Edit Requests..."

  • When you click " Edit Requests..." an Edit Job Requests box will appear. Within the editing box, click on the Staff dropdown and scroll to the available team member. 

  • After selecting the available staff, click "Update" to save your changes. 

The job request is now set with available team members, and you can schedule this job request. For further information, please see Scheduling a Job Request.
