TIP COLLECTION AT THE POINT OF PAYMENT
Tipping is an important part of American life. Enabling your clients to leave a tip increases client satisfaction and also provides an important source of additional income for your sitters.
While it has always been possible to leave a tip when a client books services in their online account, in this new release, it is now also possible for client to leave a tip when paying for services with credit cards or ACH.
This introduces another important opportunity to ask your clients if they want to tip and ultimately will further increase tip payments to your staff.
Clients can also leave notes to say who they would like their tip to go to.
Allocation of tips can be automatic (pro-rata) based on the sitters who provided the services or if you prefer, Pet Sitter Plus can automatically apportion the tip to the primary sitter.
It is also possible to override the automatic apportionment and allocate tips manually.
A full report of all tips to be paid to staff along with the notes left by clients is available to assist with payroll.
