The Short Service notification will be triggered in the Staff Activity report if:

The actual time calculated spent delivering the service is less than that specified by the service, eg. "30 min Dog Walk".

When will the Short Service notification be triggered in the Staff Activity report?

In this example, the sitter checked-in to a 30 minute dog walk at 9:10am and checked-out at 9:30am, so the service was calculated at only 20 minutes long.

Once you have noted the issue, you can click "Dismiss" to tidy up your report.
Don't forget, you can change the period of time of your report at any time. See View Staff Activity for more information on how to do this.

If you have a large team of staff, your report will probably be quite long. You can choose to view just the results for the "Short Service" notification in your Staff Activity report to make it easier to contact the particular staff members involved.

Click on the dropdown for "All Jobs" and choose "Short Service".

Click "Show Report" or one of the buttons for "Today", "This Week" etc.
