Many pet sitting businesses have differing rules when it comes to adding services to the schedule.
During the process to approve an order, it may be necessary to communicate several times with staff involved in the booking and or with clients who have requested the services. Now you can do both.
Job requests can now be emailed to clients and or sitters involved in a job request at will.
Sitters involved in the request are BCC’s so that their email addresses are not revealed to clients.
Create as many job request email templates as you like to cater for the common scenarios when processing orders. Please note that there are a few useful examples of job request email templates in the list of screenshots to the right. If you would like to use any of these emails you will need to add them to your system manually in ADMIN > SUPPORTING DATA > EMAIL TEMPLATES
You can also set a default email subject line and default email template for job request emails. To do this go to ADMIN > SETTINGS > Email Subject Settings and look for the options that pertain to Job Requests.
