Edit Jobs

Click the "Edit Jobs..." button if you wish to change the details of a job, such as adding invoice notes, staff notes or if you would like to change the staff member to whom one or more jobs is assigned:

Use case 1 - If one of your walkers is ill, you can easily re-assign their jobs to another walker in the same area.

Use case 2 - If it is a bad weather day, it is easy to select all services for that day and cancel them in one action.

To make changes to one or more items, click the required items individually before clicking "Edit Jobs".

Cancelling Jobs in the Schedule

If you wish to cancel one or more jobs, check the box next to the job(s) you wish to cancel and click "Cancel". Cancelled Jobs appear in the service order and appear on the invoice. For more information, please see Cancel Jobs.
Voiding Jobs in the Schedule

If you wish to void one or more jobs, check the box next to the job(s) you wish to void and click "Void". For more information, please see Voiding a Job. Voided Jobs appear in the service order but do not appear on the invoice. For more information on Voided jobs please see Voiding a Job.
Deleting Jobs in the Schedule

If you wish to delete one or more jobs, check the box next to the job(s) you wish to delete and click "Delete". There will be a warning message to ask you to confirm or click "cancel" if not sure. This cannot be undone.

Deleted jobs do not appear on the service order nor to they appear on the invoice. For more information, please see Deleting a Job.
