Each staff member can belong to an Area (thought of as a staff area) so that the Schedule can be viewed by "Staff Area" revealing only "staff who operate in the same area".
The default schedule view is “All Staff Areas“. Click the drop down to reveal other staff options.

You can assign one area to each staff member.
In this example Katherine Bailey operates in the Jacksonville area.
Select the “Staff Area” you require and click “Show Report”
In this example, Linnet, Jackie and Katherine are all in the “Jacksonville” Staff Area
To switch back to the diary view click “switch to diary view”. Your selection will be retained when switching back to your diary.
